simplest solutions are usually the best - and although this statement is not America, I discovered I tell them the engraving on the tombstone. Many times the simplicity of rescued me from the oppression, saying something directly, choosing the simplest way, or like today, preparing dinner in a simple, proven way.
There are times when you do not want us to, or do not have time to prepare something elaborate, and here, or unannounced guests, or a terrible famine. "What to do, what to do ..?" - You know this situation? From today you are no longer afraid, spaghetti bolognese sets out to rescue.
Spaghetti bolognese for two people:
½ package spaghetti
can peeled tomatoes (preferably whole, then you can slice them finer, but the lack of Cut the time it may be)
¼ cup olive oil
onion 4 cloves garlic
250g minced meat (pork and beef in the original, I use turkey)
tablespoon grated carrots and celery (yes, prepared from a jar)
heaped tablespoon of herbs de Provence
tablespoon basil
